Below is the application form with fees as well as race dates for 2009.
Don't know if you can print the application form from here, will give it a try and let you know.

OK, made it a bit bigger, not hundreds but at least you can read it without a magnifying glass.

thanks Sam. We must give a bank acc number so we dont work with cash and people must know where to pay. Not to be ugly but as long as it doesn't go through my shop.

which program did you use,because the doc is protected,can't fill my name in on the form,easier to do it via e-mail,

It's a jpeg file. Right click on pic and print form. DRCCC will not be doing electronic submissions of documents as Diaz requires the actual doc.

These will also be available trackside next year when they are due for submission.

Fees along with the form can be handed in at Ray's for now.
