My first drift evening
All I can say is wow!!!!!!!!
Thanx Fusion for setting up and being so patient and tolerant while your carefully assembled tracks where ripped up by newbies and Stockcar drivers who eventually showed that some can do it off the oval aswell.
thanx for letting Marno change your new lunch box into a banger, he thoroughly enjoyed it, but the late night is taking its toll on him today.
Thanks to an excellent chassis I soon got the hang of it and after some of the other stockcar drivers realised that it is in fact not a contact sport they appeared to be novices.
Fusion again proved that the guy behind the radio is the best part, in any form of rc racing, that can't be bought.
He took the worst handling car and kicked everybodies butt, using some better chassis he was unstoppable.
As with the other guys going around on a track became somewhat less challenging (or to difficult) and started some drag racing, up and down
the same straight on the drift setup, CHAOS!!! But great fun.
After the masses left it was time for some serious drifting and the last four cars showed that even a little practice and some coaching it is possible to go around the track, without hitting anything, and look good

A great turn out and thanks to everyone who made a trip out to be part of it.
it seems everyone is getting the hang of it and with some more practice i think most of the new guys will be up there in the next comp...

S400 drifter
@ Fusion- About time you built up the s400 into drift machine. I thought you were getting sacred and going to retire while you are on top. :-) Looking forward to that national event, count SlidewayZ RC DrifterZ in. Keep us posted with progress. I will have to start practicing the new judging system, so I can help dt when the comp is held. L8r dude.
