detail and new ideas.

Post  dt_insane on Thu Jan 08, 2009 10:43 am

Check out the front bumper and splitter on this Nissan

Note how all panels and bumpers are separated from the body for realism. It has given the car the look of having a wide body kit installed

All lights are split, break lights - reverse and indicators.

The whole front has been re worked to a custom shape. Intercooler and piping gives a great look.

One of the best modifications cars I have found on the net.

you can see that they have actually used two bodies one over the other. they use a hair drier/ heat gun to make the laxxan formable and then bend it to the shape they want. it looks good but i think it takes a lot of practice and only for a show car really.
one drifting crash and you will rip it to peices pale

if you look just after the B - Pillar you can see the second body piece that has been formed etc over the original body -

That looks like too much hard work. I get frustrated just doing up a race body, let alone a show body.

You've obviously got way too much time on your hands. If I spend 2 nites in a fortnite in my garage sorting out cars and bats it's a moerse lot.

Thats alright, I wish I could spend an hour or two each day, but us married okes have to keep up relations if we want to continue to be able to race.
