Off road race day on Sunday. Racing starts 12. Gates open from 8. Hotdogs and cooldrinks for sale. Buggies, truggies and trucks. Electrics also welcome. Come and enjoy a fun day with us!

As per Slidewayz here are the pics of the EL Track

Crappy weather, but good racing! I placed 3rd in my 1st sprint vs gas A main drivers. This was in 7.4v mode. Dnf with cooked motor when I ran 14.8v mode :-( Brandon 2nd buggy in his heat, (one truggy ahead of him)also in 7.4v mode. I think that was pretty good for our 1st race day. We hope to get a new motor before next race day, then practice, practice. I will post where we finished in qualifying once we get the results.

Bman and I practiced with our new motor(thanks Ray) yesterday afternoon. We are now running 14.8v but knocked our EPA down to 75%. We now have enough speed and power to be competitive and still have good control and should have good reliability. It was quite hot yesterday, so it should not overheat. We ran times equal to (me) and better (Bman) then race day, so that was quite encouraging. We had to go the 'long way around' on some corners as there was erosion from last weeks rain. Also the track was loose, due to there being no water sprayed on yesterday. We will keep you guys posted.

How is it going Gman with the offroads in EL?

Dont know what the track will be like after all the rain. We need to practice today, but we would like the weather to heat up a bit, to dry the track. We will see closer to lunch time. If it has not cleared by then, we will only practice on race day this coming sat 17th Oct. Hope we can be even more competitive then last time.

Racing again sunday. All other details same as first post

Brandon 1st in first heat of buggies. Did not get his bonus lap due to a dry solder joint(which we only found out after his 2nd round). He still ended up with 4th best sprint time. I was 5th fastest. This was out of 14 buggies, so we are pretty impressed! Still chasing those top three places! Our motor thermals just on 5min, so we dont get our bonus lap in we will have to get some better motor cooling fans hey Ray. A new youngster dominated the finals/enduro and drove the most laps in the time period since the races have started at this track. 3 more laps then the previous record. Some guys are just talented hey.

I think he was 2nd in the sprints and 1st in enduro. Also met Michael from PE at the event. Good to meet you bud. Bring a brushless buggy with next time and come and race with us.

Not 100% sure, but motor is too hot to touch, we dont have temp guage.
