s400

Post  Raymond on Sun Oct 05, 2008 12:36 pm

still think the s400 is the best. some guys ran out of spares at the nats with a brand of car i would hate to mention. I had enough spares and 2 donor kits. It came at a price but very few suppliers would trust someone with all there spares. Something to think about too.

I know you like the 400, but 416 also sounds like a good number. Wink Wink

Its a very subjective topic and in most cases you always have the guys rooting for what the run.
Brand loyalty !!

I could say my trusty Scythe but to be honest from years of racing i will say my Tamiya FF01 was the best and most fun followed by my HPI RS4 pro.

best chassis

i have to agree with Razzor. I think we all had a Tamiya fwd and if you raced it, even better. Normally tight racing and a lot of maintenance and all extra time spent to get a Little extra from it. Then followed the rs4 that hardly needed any maintenance, what a pleasure. I have to say the worse chassis ever for me was the Predator before the discovered the harder gears etc. Again, I say this and someone else might say it's the best car they ever owned.
