Re: Drifting guides
after drifting shameel's (shamless) car tonight, it has confirmed my thoughts on a one way front diff.
a front one way definitely improves your car when it comes to drifting(and racing) it works by making the diff a lock diff under acceleration but when you come off the throttle it gives you tons or response and steering.and a hand break effect when you touch the brakes
i would suggest this to anyone building a descent drift machine,
springs should be medium up front, for grip. and hard at the back.
i would run camber depending on the tires and surface you drift on. a smooth even surface would need prob no camber at all.
when i start testing with my beast
i will keep you guys updated with my thoughts on set up.
so far my set up is gonna be, locked back diff, front one way, med up front and hard at the back.
0 camber and toe until i start testing
